Refund Policy

                        

Returns

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you've received your product, unfortunately we won't be able to offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as you received it. It should also be in the original packaging with all protective material.

To complete your return, email us at sales@artonusa.com and add the following information:

- Order number

- Return reason

- Exchange for product (if you intend to exchange for a different size or product)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund depending on the item's condition. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, usually within 5-7 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet at it's been 7 days since we issued it, first check with your bank, it may take some time before the refund reaches the account. If no transaction is pending please contact us at sales@artonusa.com

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately sale items are final sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, send us an email at sales@artonusa.com.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us to request a shipping label or initiate the shipment yourself You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
